The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Markacho P.S. Case No. 106/2024, registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)333/74/76/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 3/4 of Witch Craft Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and petitioner and informant are family members and false allegation is made against the petitioner. He then submits that so far molestation is concerned, that is not against the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there. 5. Considering that petitioner is a lady and allegation of molestation is not against the petitioner and it has been pointed out that petitioner and informant are family members and further she has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition. ( 2025:JHHC:32043 ) 7. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Koderma, in connection with Markacho P.S.
