HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 22/04/2025 The present petition is filed for fair and impartial investigation. When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to apprise the Court qua the fact whether any charge sheet/negative report is filed in the matter. Considering the same, it is noted that police authorities have filed their report/proposed outcome before the concerned Court. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition, if need so arises in future, on account of subsequent developments. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
