The institution of the claim petition before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (MACT) (Principal District Judge), Jammu had taken place because at the relevant point of time the petitioner was putting up in Jammu on account of her educational engagement while she is a Serial No. 71 2 CM(M) No. 138/2025 permanent resident of district Kathua hailing from Tehsil Basholi, therefore, now intends to pursue the claim petition before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (MACT) Kathua. 04. Petition is allowed. 05. Claim petition No. 3/2021 titled “Arti Abrol vs. Nalini Abrol & Anr.” pending before the court of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (MACT) (Principal District Judge), Jammu is hereby ordered to be transferred to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (MACT) Kathua. 06.
