Judgment / Order 09/01/2025 This application is filed for recalling the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by this Court.
[2025:RJ-JP:1456] (2 of 2) [WMAP-347/2024]
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, inviting attention of this Court towards the order dated 06.08.2024, would submit that since the issue of payment of interest on delayed payment and the cost, if any, was to be considered on the next date, the order dated 24.10.2024 needs to be recalled inasmuch as it did not take care of that part of the order. He, therefore, prays that the application be allowed and the order dated 24.10.2024 be recalled. Heard. Considered. Indisputably, the petitioner was paid all her retiral dues in terms of order dated 06.08.2024 and contented with that, learned counsel made statement that the writ petition was rendered infructuous and was dismissed accordingly vide order dated
24.10.2024. Since, the subject order was passed as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it does not require any review/recall. In view thereof, this application is dismissed.
