Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prime grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, in as much as, the obstruction on the public land has been removed. No further order need be passed in this matter. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
