Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Joint Sub-Registrar, Visakhapatnam (RO) dated 26.12.2024 along with the proceedings of the District Registrar bearing Memo No.G3/2682/2024 dated 26.12.2024. A copy of these namely the Written Instructions dated 26.12.2024 as well as the proceedings of the District Registrar bearing Memo No.G3/2682/2024 are served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Ref: 1. Lr.No.Nil/2024/RO-VSP, Dt.15-11-2024 from the Joint sub Registrar, Visakhapatnam. 2.1.Α.No.668/2018 in O.S.No.363/2018 dated 22-11- 2018 of the VI Addl. District Judge at Visakhapatnam. 3 3. Representation of Sri Mir Abbas Hussain, Dt:04-11- 2024. @@@ I submit that the references cited, the Joint Sub Registrar, R.O.,(O.B), Visakhapatnam submitted that vide reference 1st cited, 1. Door No.1-102-19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village in the name of M/s. N.R.R.Builders Rep. by Namburi Trinath Raju due to orders of VI Addl. District Judge, Visakhapatnam in I.A. 668/2018 in O.S. 363/2018 Dated 22-11-2018. 2. Door No.1-102-19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village in the name of M/s. N.R.R.Builders Rep. by Namburi Trinath Raju due to orders of VI Addl. District Judge, Visakhapatnam in O.S. 363/2018 Dated 04-10- 2018. 3. Door No.1-102-19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village in the name of Potnuru Satish due to orders of VII Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam in I.A. 220/2018 in O.S. 550/2018 Dated 25-07- 2023. and the same Door Number was fed in CCA. He further submitted that vide reference 3rd cited, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada raised the attachment order in W.P.No. 18888 of 2021 in respect of property Sri Mir Abbas Hussain comprising of Door No.1-102-19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village, Visakhapatnam consisting of Residential for an extent of 166.66 together with RCC building consisting Ground Floor 1000 sft, first floor 1270 sft, Second Floor 1270 sft and 3 Car Parking Measuring 60 sft each Sq.yds Hence, the same was fed in CCA. He further submitted that there are no other temporary and permanent prohibitions on the said Door No.1-102-19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village, Visakhapatnam. Hence, requested to delete 3 entries in respect of Door No. 1-102- 19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village, Visakhapatnam from CCA in view of orders in W.P.No. 18888/2021 and W.P.No. 27045/2024 of the Honourable High Court, A.P, Vijayawada and there on filling of Suomoto Contempt case in this matter. In the circumstances stated supra and based on the recommendations of the Joint Sub Registrar, R.O., (O.B), Visakhapatnam, the aforesaid Door No. 1-102- 19/1/2 of Pedawaltair Village, Visakhapatnam which was entered in CCA only in accordance with the reference 2nd cited and subsequently raised vide reference 3nt cited is hereby deleted from CCA. The entire process was taken up basing on the recommendation of Joint Sub Registrar, R.O.(O.B) Visakhapatnam. If any discrepancies noticed in this regard, the Joint Sub Registrar, Visakhapatnam shall be responsible for consequential disciplinary action to be taken by the undersigned. 4 Sd-XXXX District Registrar Visakhapatnam To, The Joint Sub Registrar, R.O.(O.B), Visakhapatnam.” 3. The Written Instructions also would state that the subject property has been deleted from the Prohibited Properties List under Section 22A. 4. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5. The Suo Motu Contempt Case against the Respondent No.2 is accordingly recalled. 6.
