Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (ii) Case Crime No. 256 of 2023, under Sections 386, 420, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (iii) Case Crime No. 257 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (iv) Case Crime No. 258 of 2023, under Sections 420 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (v) Case Crime No. 272 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (vi) Case Crime No. 273 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (vii) Case Crime No. 274 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (viii) Case Crime No. 275 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (ix) Case Crime No. 278 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, (x) Case Crime No. 279 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 471, 506, 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a poor person and he is languishing in jail since 26.05.2023 and last bail order in favour of the applicant has been passed on 08.01.2025. It is further submitted that applicant is a poor person and unable to furnish two sureties in each cases. It is further submitted that all the cases are registered against the applicant on the basis of allegations that investors invested certain amount in the business of father of the present applicant. In view of above facts and circumstances, court concerned is directed to release the applicant in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in aforesaid ten cases after producing a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. Application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. is disposed of with above observations.
