JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Ms. Apoorva Singh, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey, A.P.P. --- 02/17.10.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.365 of 2024 arising out of Keredari P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No.3098 of 2017, for the offences registered under Sections 384/386 of the I.P.C., Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh. On 24.10.2017, Keredari police received confidential information that 20-22 extremist have assembled near a bridge in Siradoya. The police party went the place of occurrence and apprehended co-accused persons. It was submitted that petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than six years. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribagh, in connection with S.T.
