The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue an order direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in passing the order dated 03.11.2017 in so far as imposing punishment of reducing two incremental stages permanently and further treating the period from the date of unauthorized absence to till the he reports for duty on reinstatement including the removal period Not on duty for all purposes like Gratuity Leave Seniority Increments Service etc is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently, set aside the order dated 03.11.2017 passed by the 1st Respondent in so far imposing punishment of reducing two incremental stages permanently and further treating the period from the date of unauthorized absence to till the he reports for duty on reinstatement including the removal period treated as Not on duty for all purposes like Gratuity Leave Seniority Increments Service.” 2.
