Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) By way of present petition, challenge has been laid to the impugned judgment passed by the Trial Court on 20.01.2006, whereby the Rent Petition preferred by the present petitioner stands rejected and the appeal preferred there against stands dismissed by the First Appellate Court on 25.03.2009. 2. Perused the impugned judgments and the records. 3. Both the Courts have correctly came to the conclusion that the present petitioner had failed to prove that he is neither owner nor landlord of the suit property in the case at hand. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. In view thereof, I see no merit in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. The pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
