Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public prosecutor, submitted that O.P.No.1495 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court at Visakhapatnam, itself was allowed on 03.04.2013. 2. The revision case was filed challenging the order in M.P.No.107 of 2013 in O.P.No.1495 of 2009 by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-Family Court, Nellore, sending the petitioner to Central Jail for not paying arrears, under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.708 of 2014 Dated 07.04.2025 3. In view of the fact that M.P.No.1495 of 2009 itself was allowed on 03.04.2013 by the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, nothing remains in this criminal revision case to adjudicate further, hence, this criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
