It is observed that as there is a typographical error in order dated 13.08.2025, therefore, last Para of this order be read as “metalled road of 2.5 meter width be constructed” instead of “metalled road of 2.5 Km be constructed”. 5. Now, in light of the fact that needful has been done by the respondent, these proceedings are closed, but with the observation that as far as the work of retaining wall etc. is concerned as the process in that regard has been initiated, let the same be also completed as expeditiously as possible. Notice discharged. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. (Ajay Mohan Goel) Judge November 22, 2025 (Shivank Thakur)
