The CCL has preferred the accompanying Revision petition against the judgment dated 17.5.2025, passed by the Court of learned Sessions Judge (Children’s Court) Una, District Una, H.P., by virtue of which, the appeal of the applicant, filed under Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015, has been dismissed. The said appeal was preferred against the order dated 24.3.2025, passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Una, District Una, H.P., by virtue of which, the Juvenile Justice Board has dismissed the bail application of the CCL. Delay of 56 days in this case has been sought to be condoned mainly on the ground that applicant could not file the present Revision, within time, as he was facing multiple litigations, before different Courts. These facts have elaborately been mentioned in paras 5 and 6 of the application. The contents of the application have not been controverted by the State, despite opportunity. In such situation, considering the uncontroverted stand of the CCL and the fact that CCL has preferred the Revision against the dismissal of his application for bail, he is able to make out the case for condonation of delay. Considering the aforesaid facts, delay in filing the present Revision, is ordered to be condoned. The application is, thus, disposed of. Cr. Revision No. _____ Vide order of even date, passed in Cr.
