The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ketar P.S. Case No. 34/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On 05.05.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons came to the house of informant and assaulted her husband, due to which he sustained injury on his hand and head. 4. Injury report of the injured, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that injured has sustained swelling on his hand and head. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Ketar P.S.
