Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Mr. A. K. Pandey, Advocate. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Santosh Bharat, Panel Lawyer. Hon'ble Shri Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal, J. Order on Board 21/07/2025 1. This is an application for correction in the order dated 23-06-2025 passed by this Court in W.P.S. No. 5021/2025. The applicant prayed for the following relief in the application:- “It is, therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow this application and the place “Raahgadaale” may kindly be corrected as “Rahangdale” & the place of “Virendra” may kindly be corrected “Virend” & the place “Ram Bhuvan” may kindly be corrected as “Rambhuwan” & place of “Shivam” may kindly be corrected “Shivram” & the place “Basudev” may kindly be corrected as “basudeo”, in the cause title of the order dated 23- 06-2025, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that while filing the writ petition, due to a typographical error, there are certain mistakes in the spelling of the names of the persons, including the error in the father’s name of petitioner No. 6, Shri Ram Bhuvan Jaiswal. The correct name of the father of the petitioner No. 6 is “Shivram Jaiswal”, whereas his name is typed as “Shivam Jaiswal”. Therefore, the typographical error may be corrected. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the order dated 23-06-2025 and pleadings of the writ petition. 3 4. From perusal of the pleadings of the writ petition, it transpires that the petitioner claimed correction in various spelling mistakes in the names of the persons, i.e. “Raahgadaale”, “Virendra”, “Ram Bhuvan”, “Shivam”, “Basudev” which are claimed to be corrected as “Rahangdale”, “Virend”, “Rambhuwan”, “Shivram” and “basudeo”, respectively. Except for the correction of the name of the father of the petitioner No. 6, i.e. “Shivram” in place of “Shivam”, the other correction is not necessary as only the spelling mistakes are claimed, but its pronunciation is the same. Both spellings of such persons are correct. Therefore, except for the correction in the father’s name of the petitioner No. 6 as “Shivram”, in place of “Shivam”, the other claims of the application for correction are rejected, and only “Shivram”, in place of “Shivam” (father’s name of petitioner No. 6) is allowed. 5. The present MCC is partly allowed to the extent indicated hereinabove. A copy of this order shall be made a part of the original order dated 23-06-2025 passed in W.P.S. No. 5021/2025.
