The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bhawnathpur (H) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Rakesh Raushan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. On 10.05.2025, son of the Informant went to his sasural to bring back his wife. It appears that the son of the Informant committed suicide. His dead body was found hanging from a tree. It was submitted that name of these petitioners has transpired in re- statement of the informant. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Raushan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa or his successor, in connection with Bhawnathpur (H) P.S.
