Even on the last occasion i.e. 25.05.2026 none had appeared for the parties on call. In the interest of justice, this Court has looked into the contents of the present application which is for a correction in the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in the connected WP(C)/3830/2025. In the said order, instead of Forest Department, Finance Department has been written. Further, in paragraph 6 of the order, instead of respondent nos. 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15 and 16, it has been written as 5, 7, 8, 12 to 16. The aforesaid prayers appear to be innocuous which is trivial in nature. Shri Gogoi, the learned Standing Counsel, Forest Department has also not objected to the same. In view of the above, the IA stands allowed. The corrections sought for in the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in the connected writ petition stands allowed in the manner indicated above.
