Mr. Jatan Monga, Adv. …for alleged contemnor nos. 2, 3 & 4 The Court: Learned Counsel representing the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 5 have filed their respective affidavits independently in court today are taken on record. All the 5 alleged contemnors have filed their affidavits before this Court, contending therein that they had no intentional, wilful, or contumacious disregard of any order passed by this Court, including the judgment and order dated 24th September, 2025. They have further affirmed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology before this Court. 2 From the records and submissions made by the parties, it is revealed that the judgment and order passed by this Court has already been executed and complied by registering the deed in favour of award holder with respect to the property involved in the Arbitral proceedings. In view of above facts and circumstances, this Court accepts the unconditional apology tendered by the alleged contemnors.
