Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate Generals, for the respondent-State While placing on record communication dated 03.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 22.03.2025 passed by Director Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that in terms of the mandate contained in the order/judgment alleged to have been violated, respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in CWPOA No.6803 of 2012, titled Sanjay Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, rejected his representation on the ground that he is not similar situate to petitioner Sanjay Kumar. Learned Deputy Advocate General states that since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner, respondents after having considered the representation of the petitioner have rejected the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application. Having perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Deputy Advocate General. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated.
