In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 18.11.2021, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna has submitted a report dated 02.12.2021, wherein it has been stated that upon inquiry, it has been found that Sahdeo Singh (sole appellant of the second case) has died on 01.01.2018 and in proof thereof, his death certificate has been enclosed, hence we have Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.355 of 1995(4) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 no reason to doubt the same. 2. In view of the aforesaid, on account of death of the sole appellant of the second case (in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.366 of 1995), the aforesaid appeal bearing, Cr. Appeal (DB) No.366 of 1995 stands abated. Let the records of the said appeal be consigned to the record room. 3. As far as the first case, i.e. Cr. Appeal (DB) No.355 of 1995 is concerned, Shri Devendra Kumar Sinha, senior advocate submits that Cr.
