The petitioner would submit that he was working in the 7th respondent society and due to some irregularities he was suspended from service. The petitioner would submit that he was not connected in the misappropriation in any manner and it is the respondents 5 to 13 who have committed the same. Therefore, in this regard the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.05.2025 to the 1st respondent. However, the same has not been considered and orders passed.
