The petitioners have averred in the writ petition that the first petitioner is aged about fifty- seven years and that the second petitioner is about fifty- four years. 3. As per the 2021 Act, a woman who is below the age of fifty years and a man below the age of fifty- five years can avail the benefit. As it appears that both the parties are over-aged, accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners cannot be allowed. 4. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
