GHANI A MUSA (SC FOR ACB &SPL PP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The revision was filed against the dismissal of the discharge petition filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that C.C.No.2 of 2007, in which trial has already commenced, and the proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of the Investigating Officer/P.W.13. In view of the same, the revision has become infructuous, as trial is going on. The memo is recorded. 2 3. Sri K. Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted a letter across the Bench addressed by the Inspector of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Visakhapatnam to the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., at Amaravati stating that the trial has been commenced and it is at the stage of cross-examination of the Investigating Officer. The letter is recorded. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
