May, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order/ suitable direction, directing the respondents to follow the Circular dated 07.09.2013 in its true letter and spirit while procuring the service of petitioner under the respondents in the Govt. Nursing College Raipur. B. May, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order/ suitable direction, directing and restraining the respondents from filling up the Post reserved for the directly recruited employees (demonstrators) by appointing the promoted employee in
3 their places or from any other category in any manner. C. May this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to continue the service of petitioner without any break with all consequential benefits. D. May, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Issue any other
order or orders, writ or writs, direction or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does want to press this petition.
