ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 4 herein in forcibly taking over custody of the child i.e. Karri Pardhasaradhi from the petitioners and admitting him before the 5th respondent is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 21 of Constitution of

India and in contravention of Provisions of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act 1969 and Juvenile Justice Act and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to adopt the child Karri Pardhasaradhi as per Law.”
2. Heard Sri K.Sairama Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies on the representation which is pending before Children Welfare committee.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies before Children Welfare Committee where the representation of the petitioner is pending. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
