1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondent authorities to consider petitioner's case and declare the petitioner as 'Eligible' for the post of Training Officer (Electrician) and issue appointment
order of petitioner for the post of Training Officer (Electrician), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Annexure P/1, whereby petitioner's candidature has been rejected on the ground that mark-sheet of High School and Higher Secondary does not contain date of birth of petitioner as the same is arbitrary, in the interest of justice.
3 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed. 10.4 Cost of the petition may be awarded.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
