Case No. 86 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2) of the BNS and under Section 66D of the I.T. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing cyber fraud with the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.9.2025 and he is accused in five more cases. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
