02/ 15.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 12/2023, registered under sections 448, 323, 379, 34 of I.P.C, 1860, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are own sister and they have already completed their graduation and preparing for competitive examination. He also submits that false allegation is made of snatching mobile phone of informant from the house of informant. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition. He then submits that petitioners have gone to the house of the informant for negotiation of the house for taking on rent and they have also given advance of Rs. 1500/- to the informant for taking house in question on rent. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of snatching mobile phone.

Considering that petitioners are ladies and they have already

completed their graduation and preparing for competitive examination and further petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 20 of the petition.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 12/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
