Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (M) Dighi O.P. P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, Special POCSO Case No.43 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 96/64(1)/74/351(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S and Sections 4/8 of POCSO Act, subsequently charge was framed under Sections 64(1), 96 read with Section 3(5), 74 read with Section 3(5), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dumka.
Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 17 years old daughter of the informant. The petitioner took the victim to the house of his maternal uncle where he established physical relationship with her. He also put vermillion on her head.
This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dumka, in connection with Dumka (M) Dighi O.P. P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, Special POCSO Case No.43 of 2024.
