Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts). His case is that he had served at GSSS Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, a hard area w.e.f. 01.09.2018 to February, 2022. He joined at his present

place of posting, i.e. GMS Neri Nawan, under complex GSSS Wasni, Tehsil Pachhad, District Sirmour on 04.03.2022. He has completed his normal tenure at the present place and in view of adverse family circumstances, preferred a representation/application on 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) for transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
