The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No.128 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 229, 217, 135, 140(4) and 142 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamu. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner happened to be a student and informant and the petitioner were in friendship and the altercation took place due to some differences between the petitioner and the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:30948 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5078 of 2025 and submits that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are involved in supplying liquor in the State of Bihar where the liquor is banned. He also submits that in Swift Dzire Car the informant was taken to a lonely place and he was assaulted and the petitioner has also put his revolver into the waist of the informant. He next submits that the entire incident has been captured in video which has come in the case diary. 5. In view of the above it transpires that the petitioner was involved in taking away the informant in a Swift Dzire Car and the allegations are also there of putting revolver in the waist of the informant and the allegation of assault is also there and the entire incident has been captured in video. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
