GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the matrimonial disputes of the 1st Petitioner while M.C.No.52 of 2024, F.C.O.P.No.38 of 2025 and H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2024 pending on the file of the Hon'ble III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Family Court) at Srikakulam by forcing the Petitioners to withdraw those cases and settle the family dispute with the 5th Respondent as highly illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the Petitioners life and personal liberty in the absence of registration of any crime.” 2. Heard Sri P.Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the complaint of respondent No.5 who is the wife of the petitioner No.1, the petitioners were called to the police station for family counseling and no crime has been registered against them. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law in case any crime is registered against the petitioners.
