Mr. Anurag Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this contempt application as the order dated 04.09.2023 passed in W.P. (C) No. 7299 of 2019 has been substantially complied with and the petitioner has also been provided with compassionate appointment. 2. However, at the same time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some dispute with respect to the period for which the petitioner is entitled for monetary compensation and she may raise her grievance before the authorities concerned. 3. In view of the said submission, this contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of her grievance restricted only with respect to the period for which she claims the monetary compensation.
