Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of internal office communication dated 18.11.2025 and submits that the remaining retiral benefits due to the petitioner have now been ordered to be released in his favour.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes out a grievance that the Additional Dearness Allowance and Interim Relief due to the petitioner have still not been released. Learned counsel for the respondents admits this position and states that the same would be quantified and

paid to the petitioner within four weeks, i.e. by or before
17.12.2025.
In view of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with direction to the respondents to release the amount of Additional Dearness Allowance and Interim Relief to the petitioner by or before 17.12.2025. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
