The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “ It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records and thereafter set aside 2 the impugned order dated 13.08.2018 (Annexure A-1) passed by the learned Seventh Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur in Criminal Revision No. 180/2018 arising out of the order dated 19.06.2018 (Annexure A – 2) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur in Case No. 421/2013, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present petition the trial has already been concluded, therefore, the present CRMP has become infructuous. 4.
