Case No. 208 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri M.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate-XXV, Ranchi. 3. On 31.05.2025, the husband of the informant namely Bandhana Oraon went missing. On 01.06.2025 at about 09:30 a.m., his dead body was recovered from Baghlata Tongri. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Anganu Munda and Chhotu Kachhap have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri M.K.
