The dispute inter se the parties was referred to the mediation. At the mediation, parties have compromised the matter. The original compromise so arrived at has been placed on record of the mediation file. Photocopy whereof has been appended along with the application (CMP No.27317 of 2025). Original placed on the mediation file has been perused. From a perusal of the same, it is evident that the same is in writing and is duly signed by both the parties. The terms of the compromise are lawful. Hence, in view thereof, the matter inter se the parties is settled, in terms of the compromise arrived at. The details of the compromise entered inter se the parties dated 12.09.2025, be made part of the decree to be drawn in the case at hand.
