The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 1131 of 2024 (State vs. Rakesh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 276 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 of I.P.C., P.S. Sherkot, District Bijnor, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 6.2.2024, pending in the Court of A.C..M., Court No. 3, Bijnor. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
