The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 along with other accused /A2 waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.6,500/- from his pocket at knife point and thus committed the aforesaid offence. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases. He further submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner/A1 and A2. 4.
