ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent University in not promoting the Petitioner under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) by fixing his scale in the Pay Scale of Professor with AGP of Rs.10,000/-

pursuant to the Notification No.DU/Estt.(T)/E-2/327/CAS/2016 dated 05.12.2016 and the Interviews conducted thereafter and in addressing Letter No.DU/Estt/E2/CAS/T-65-A/2009 dt. 18.09.2017 and No.DU/Estt/E2/CAS/T-65- A/2009 dated 19.05.2018 stating that unless the Seivice Certificate produced by the Petitioner at the time of his initial appointment in the service of the Respondent University as Associate Professor in the year 2009 and also the Last Pay Drawn Certificate are obtained from Sri Vidyaniketan Degree College and submitted afresh the Petitioners CAS promotion will not be granted and that his initial appointment as Associate Professor would be treated as void ab- initio, as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction, violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents to grant the petitioner CAS promotion to the post of Professor with AGP of Rs. 10,000/- forthwith w.e.f. October 2017 i.e. the date on which similarly situated candidates were promoted with all consequently benefits including monetary benefits, and pass such other order or orders……”

Sri S.Sri Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent - University, is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
