RAMA CHANDRA RAO GURRAM The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.4720 of 2024 ORDER: This Court has disposed of W.P.No.11148 of 2024 basing upon the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30927 of 2022 and batch vide order, dated 01.08.2024 with a direction to the petitioner to make application to the respondent authorities for granting permission to the management of the petitioner school to fill up one aided SGT post fell vacant since 2015 on the death of one SGT Teacher on 07.02.2015 and further directed the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner institution to fill up the aided vacancy in accordance with law. 2. As the respondent authorities have not passed any orders as directed by this Court, the present contempt case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3. Sri Gurram Rama Chandra Rao, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education filed a memo, dated 24.02.2025 stating that the District Educational Officer, Kurnool (Erstwhile) and Nandyala are requested to take note of the enrolment of the petitioner/Sri Raghavendra Aided Primary School, Chinnavangali (V&P), Chagalamarri (M), Allagadda (T.O), Nandyala District as per UDISE date for the year 2024-2025. 3 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the 3rd respondent/District Educational Officer to pass appropriate orders on the same within a stipulated time. 5. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 3rd respondent/District Educational Officer is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks, on the memo dated 24.02.2025, from the date of receipt of the order. 6. With the above said observation, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
