P. -------- 03/ Dated 15.10.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025(N), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.98 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 15(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Shri Anil Kumar Mishra No.1, learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Ranchi. On 07.05.2025, Tamar Police on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Patra Forest area and seized about 704.71 kgs. of poppy husk from there. It was submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the ground that the container vehicle of the petitioner was parked about half kilometer away from the place of occurrence. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Anil Kumar Mishra No.1, learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Ranchi, in connection with Tamar P.S.
