Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 218 of 2024 arising out of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 332 of 2023 for the offence registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide B.A. No. 226 of 2025 by order dated 11.08.2025. 4. On 06.10.2023, brother of the informant, namely, Aftab Alam went missing. During the course of investigation, the petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended and, on their confession, dead body of the brother of the informant was recovered. 5. It was submitted that confession of co-accused Aamir Ali @ Yusuf @ Amir Ali was recorded for the first time. It was further submitted that co-accused Aamir Ali @ Yusuf @ Amir Ali has been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4425 of 2024. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
