CMP No. 24573 of 2025 The instant application has been filed under Section 151 CPC for release of amount by applicant/claimant/respondent No. 1 i.e. Sanjay Pal.
2. The non-applicant/appellant has laid challenge to the award dated 01.04.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bilaspur, HP, whereby the applicant/respondent No. 1, who has sustained injuries has been awarded a sum of 11,21,817/- along with interest at ₹ the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing the petition till the amount is deposited.
3. Since no amount has been released in favour of applicant/ claimant, it is ordered that 50% of the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in
his favour by remitting the same in his Bank account, details whereof are given in Annexure A-1, appended with the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/claimant/respondent No. 1 may be verified.
