This appeal has been filed by the appellants aggrieved of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking protection from the police, was dismissed and it was directed that FIR be lodged against the petitioners for producing forged Aadhar Card of petitioner no. 1, investigation be conducted and action be taken within a period of three months. 2. Submission has been made that learned Single Judge was not justified in ordering for lodging of FIR and therefore, the order impugned deserves to be quashed. 3. Having gone through the order passed by learned Single Judge and the fact that action was directed to be taken within a period of three months, to which, it is submitted that action has already been initiated, the plea sought to be raised by the petitioners, needs to be taken on merits pertaining to the documents being forged or otherwise under the said investigation. 4. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by learned Single Judge. The appeal has no substance and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
