The present restoration application has been filed on behalf of the wife of the original appellant as the original appellant died on 16.04.2024 prior to passing of the order dated 01.10.2024. Heard on application (IA 1/2024) for bringing legal representative of appellant Dungar Singh Sisodiya on record. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is also allowed. In view of the noted facts, the restoration application is also allowed. The appeal is restored to its original number. The appellant is permitted to file amended cause title in the original D.B.
