ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring inaction on part of the respondents more particularly the respondents No.2 to 4 inconsidering the oral representations, dated 18.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 and representation 19.09.2025 and 22.09.2025 for providing protection to the religious congregation to be held on on 03.10.2025 at Adabala Gardens, Sai Baba Temple Road, Palakollu by the petitioner society against the respondents No.5 to 9 herein and further registering a crime against the respondents No.5 to 9 to the blasphemous and defamatory and derogatory statement made against the petitioner society and the Head Pastor Chikkam Issaku as arbitrary, illegal, colourable exercise of power apart from being violative of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21, 25 and 26 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondent Police to take action on the oral representations, dated 18.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 and representation 19.09.2025 and 22.09.2025 of the Petitioner by initiating proceedings against the Respondent No. 5 to 9 and pass..”
2. Heard Sri B.Abhay Siddhanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing on behalf of the official respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner’s society submitted that several oral and written representations were submitted to the concerned police authorities seeking preventive and protective measures, as well as initiation of legal proceedings against the alleged offenders, but no action was taken by respondents No.2 to 4 and prays this Court to issue necessary directions to ensure that the religious congregation scheduled on 03.10.2025 is conducted peacefully without obstruction, and that the police authorities are directed to act upon the representations of the petitioner.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for home submitted that the court may pass appropriate order.
5. Considering the facts and submissions of the case, this writ petition is
disposed of, directing the police authorities to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2025 and 20.09.2025 and representation 19.09.2025 and 22.09.2025 and take appropriate steps over the matter according to the law.
