[2025:RJ-JP:25327] (2 of 3) [CW-1009/2025]
3.
Learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, submits that during course of writ petition, the inquiry proceedings by the Inquiry Officer, have been concluded and petitioner was given opportunity of hearing and in pursuance thereof, she appeared and participated in the inquiry. In support of such contention, learned counsel has placed on record a letter dated 21.06.2025, written by the Inquiry Officer- Professor Sh. J.P. Sharma to the Vice Chancellor, University of Rajasthan, seeking permission to produce inquiry report before the Vice Chancellor, University of Rajasthan.
4. Learned Senior Counsel, appearing for petitioner, does not dispute that the petitioner appeared before the Inquiry Officer and participated in the inquiry.
5. In view of above, challenge to above-referred three orders in instant writ petition, has rendered infructuous, however, as far as grievance of petitioner, in respect of having no basis for initiation of inquiry and other objections, are concerned, keeping all these objections alive, this Court deems it just and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
6. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner is agreeable for the aforesaid liberty and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
7. In view of above, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and same stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
