On 04.09.2025 also illness slip of the same learned counsel for the applicant was reported and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed the matter to be listed peremptorily. Today again illness slip of the same learned counsel is reported. The order passed therein on 04.09.2025 is extracted hereinbelow: "1. List has been revised. Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Out of three counsels appearing on behalf of applicant, there is an illness slip of Sri Sudhir Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant. 3.
