ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is praying for a mandamus to issue a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, a copy which is produced at Annexure ‘G’ and consequently, register an E-Khata in favor of the petitioner. - 3 -

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in paragraph 4 of the objection to the writ petition that is filed by the respondents, it has been stated that the petitioner had not produced any documents to show that the property was belonging to him and that a Khata Certificate was issued by the erstwhile Panchayat, in order to avail the benefit of Section 113 of the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in light of this stand taken by the Municipality, the petitioner would furnish all the necessary documents to enable the registration of an E-Khata in his favor. 4.
In the light of the above, the petitioner is permitted to furnish all the documents that would be required for the registration of an E-Khata in his favor and on such documents being furnished, the
